LunaNet AI

Intellectual property

LunaNet AI develops proprietary artificial intelligence and automation technology, including technology currently patent pending. This is the record, stated as it stands rather than as it will read once granted.

GB2619208.8, pending

Accumulated standing in a digital identity service. Filed 18 August 2026. Applicant LunaNet AI Ltd. Inventor Louis-James Davis.

The problem

Someone who has been verified as the same real person over and over has built up something worth knowing about. Proving it normally means the service keeping a list of every occasion, which is a liability to hold and which the person cannot check anyway.

The concept

The standing sits with the person rather than the service. It cannot be moved forward by waiting or by resetting a clock, and what a relying party is told is that it stands at least at a given level, never the number of occasions or when any of them happened.

GB2621373.6, pending

Method and system for authorising a pending machine-initiated action. Filed 14 September 2026. Applicant LunaNet AI Ltd. Inventor Louis-James Davis.

The problem

An automated agent that can deploy or delete asks a person to approve a command, and what runs afterwards is not necessarily what was described. The action is proposed by a model, held while an answer is obtained, then executed by something else, and it can be altered in between. Every check in the field is satisfied by that, because each ties the approval to a reference to the request rather than to its content.

The concept

The thing about to run is reduced to its exact bytes at the last possible moment and compared against what was put in front of the person, and any difference at all stops it. Alongside that, the things a written procedure forbids are enforced at the same point and cannot be lifted by anybody at the moment of action, however strongly they prove who they are, because the answer was already given when there was time to think about it.

Status

A pending application is not a granted patent. Both were filed to secure a priority date. Neither has been searched or examined, and neither specification publishes until eighteen months from its own filing date. GB2621373.6 does not yet resolve on the public register, which is normal in the days after filing, so its number is not linked until it does. EmotionEngine, PersonaLock and LifeSpan AI are product names rather than filings, and none of them is covered by this application.
